Give Us Your Artists, Your Creatives, Your ... MasterMinds

It's now. It's live. It's happening.

We want the innovators, the community climate changers, the artists who see, make, and do like no one else.

And, well, since you artistic types are already in the spirit of entering things, we figured you wouldn't mind our online registration form and the chance to win $2000 for being truly inspiring. All the rules and details are right there on the form -- we're looking for Dallas artists who work in visual, performance (no music -- we leave that to the DOMAs, naturally), mixed-media and more. Like the class acts who won last year: Matthew Posey, Joel Hester and Karen Blessen.

You (or they, if you're nominating another person -- which is totally allowed and even encouraged) don't have to have contributed a lifetime of work or be popular -- just a MasterMind.

Follow the Mixmaster on Twitter and Facebook.

KEEP THE DALLAS OBSERVER FREE... Since we started the Dallas Observer, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas, and we'd like to keep it that way. With local media under siege, it's more important than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" program, allowing us to keep offering readers access to our incisive coverage of local news, food and culture with no paywalls.
